MANILA, Philippines — Motorcycle-riding robbers stole the luxury bags worth P200,000 from two Koreans at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said Saturday.
The foreigners were approaching the corner of 9th Avenue and 11th Drive in Barangay Fort Bonifacio late evening last Sunday when two men on a motorcycle blocked them and took their crossbody bags, the NCRPO said in a statement on Saturday.
The police further said investigators identified the two men last Monday through closed circuit television footage.
The NCRPO did not expound on the profiles of the two robbers.
“Thorough hot pursuit operations were launched but the suspects were able to elude arrest,” the NCRPO said.
